WEDOS acts both as a data controller (for its own customer data) and as a data processor (when processing data on behalf of customers using WEDOS services).
Data we process
Identification & Contact
Name, email address, phone number, billing address
Operational & Location Data
IP addresses, server logs, access timestamps, geolocation data
Communication Data
Support tickets, emails, chat transcripts between WEDOS and customers
Account Data
Login credentials (hashed), account settings, service configuration
Camera & Security Recordings
CCTV footage from WEDOS premises (retained 5 days)
Consent-based Data
Marketing preferences, newsletter subscriptions (only with explicit consent)

Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”) where no legal basis remains.
Right to Restrict Processing
Limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
Right to Data Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw any previously given consent at any time.
Right to Not Be Profiled
Not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling without human oversight.
